Case Study: CONA Services achieves scalable, cost-effective SAP performance testing with OpenText

CONA Services chooses LoadRunner Enterprise SaaS to ensure scalable growth of shared SAP platform run by and for COCA-COLA bottlers in North America

CONA Services needed a scalable, cost-effective way to performance test its internal SAP and web applications before production, while supporting a hybrid Waterfall, Agile, and planned DevOps environment. To meet this challenge, CONA Services chose OpenText Core Enterprise Performance Engineering for its flexibility, SaaS model, and ability to scale without major upfront capital expense.

OpenText implemented a customized testing setup with SaaS controllers, private cloud load generators, and on-premise injectors, supported by OpenText Professional Services and Customer Success. As a result, CONA Services completed a record SAP GUI performance test running 18 hours with 15,000 concurrent users, helping the Coca-Cola system successfully complete refranchising and establish a shared platform now supporting 80,000 users across 500 locations and about 90 transactions per second.
