OpenText implemented the testing services catalog with fixed-price, pre-built test scenarios that made testing easier to plan and reuse. In the first year, the bank completed around 1,700 tests, a 40% increase in test capability, grew test scripts by more than 25%, and avoided 61 critical production incidents. The bank also reported 70% pass rates for internet banking applications and reduced infrastructure over-provisioning, lowering energy use and its carbon footprint.
