CNH Industrial, a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment with more than 30,000 employees and roughly $16 billion in annual revenue, faced a rapidly growing and highly complex B2B landscape: roughly 11,300 dealers across 170 countries, over 10,000 suppliers, 40 plants, multiple ERP systems being migrated to SAP, and a new TMS that increased electronic transactions tenfold—making in-house management of EDI, mappings and partner onboarding cost-prohibitive.
CNH moved to OpenText B2B Managed Services (Trading Grid), a cloud-based global integration platform that supports AS2, SFTP, XML, IDoc and diverse partner technologies. OpenText standardized maps (reducing them from 360 to 30), migrated about 95% of supplier transactions, created multilingual portals, and scaled processing from ~50k to over 500k documents per month, delivering real-time monitoring, faster partner onboarding and reduced internal resources.
