Cloud and on-premises service provisioning and lifecycle management orchestration with HCM and OO improves time to market and boosts productivity by 400%

Air France-KLM, a large IT organization supporting 90,000 internal users and thousands of servers and applications, needed to deliver services faster and at lower cost while reducing manual effort and errors. To address this, the airline worked with OpenText and used OpenText Operations Orchestration, Cloud Service Automation, and later Hybrid Cloud Management to improve automation and cloud management at scale.

OpenText implemented a migration to Hybrid Cloud Management with embedded orchestration, enabling reusable micro-workflows, one-click self-service, and tighter integration with tools like VMware, Terraform, and Ansible Tower. The result was stronger scalability, improved service quality, and reduced time to market, with concurrent HCM workflows running up to 4x faster than traditional sequential flows and about 450,000 workflow transactions supported each year.
