Bouwend Nederland, a Dutch trade association for construction companies, needed secure remote access to sensitive member data and documents stored in WindexCC (a SharePoint-based CRM). Working with RealOpen IT, Bouwend Nederland deployed NetIQ Access Manager to provide a secure web portal where users authenticate with Google Authenticator two‑factor tokens and access WindexCC and Microsoft Office (2010 and 2013) via a standard browser—integrated without additional hardware. The solution delivered 24/7 secure access, on-the-road document editing, higher productivity, reduced travel costs, and confidence to extend access to other SharePoint resources.
