Working with partner Swedwise, Benders deployed OpenText Communications Center Enterprise using an agile approach and out‑of‑the‑box configuration. The solution enabled business users to compose, preview and personalize multichannel documents without IT, cutting template-change time to under 30 minutes, lowering costs, improving customer and supplier relationships, and boosting staff engagement.
