Jet Privilege, the loyalty and rewards programme spun out of Jet Airways, needed a way to simplify content management across multiple web properties and deliver highly relevant, timely experiences that drive member engagement and lifetime value. The challenge was to showcase diverse earn-and-redeem offers while personalizing interactions across channels and speeding up campaign delivery.

The company implemented OpenText TeamSite and LiveSite (with support from Mphasis/OpenText) to “create once, deliver many,” build macro/micro segmentation and serve personalized content—pre-filling vouchers, surfacing co‑brand card offers and tailoring search results. The result was faster time to market for campaigns, deeper member engagement and measurable business improvements in cross‑selling, retention, service utilization and customer lifetime value.
