A OpenText Case Study
Graydon Nederland, part of the long-established Graydon credit-management group, provides credit information and debt-collection services to over 11,000 clients. The company was struggling with high-volume faxing—sending 60,000–80,000 faxes a year—managed by a dozen machines and six full-time staff, tying up phone lines, creating large paper archives, and driving rising costs and inefficiency.
Graydon implemented OpenText Fax Server (RightFax) with SecureComm, moved to Fax over IP on a Mitel platform, and integrated HP MFPs, its in-house ERP and digital archive. The automated FoIP solution consolidated hardware, cut telecom, maintenance and supply costs, returned delivery confirmations to users, saved roughly three hours per employee per day, provided audit trails, and produced scalable, more reliable and environmentally friendly document handling.
