ArcSight streamlines and automates security operations, resulting in significant time savings and full compliance

National Bank of Georgia needed a stronger, more efficient way to manage security logs and meet international compliance standards while operating with a small cybersecurity team. The bank turned to OpenText and its ArcSight SIEM solution to simplify log management, improve parsing accuracy, and support real-time visibility across critical payment transaction activities.

OpenText implemented ArcSight largely with out-of-the-box functionality, adding automation, security visualizations, and support from local experts. The results were immediate: a manual process that took up to three hours a day to identify and block malicious IP addresses was automated, with reports now delivered every 12 hours. National Bank of Georgia also expects OpenText SOAR capabilities to add the equivalent of another headcount, helping the bank respond faster to threats and streamline security operations.
