Case Study: Turkcell achieves faster threat detection and streamlined security operations with OpenText ArcSight

ArcSight modules partner with MITRE ATT&CK framework to deliver sophisticated real-time data correlation and incident response

Turkcell, with more than 50 million subscribers, needed a stronger cyber defense capability to manage massive volumes of security data, growing cyber threats, and privacy compliance requirements such as KVKK and the Turkish Data Protection Act. To build its Cyber Defence Center, Turkcell chose OpenText ArcSight ESM, ArcSight Intelligence, and ArcSight SOAR to improve threat detection, response, and reporting across its security operations.

OpenText implemented an integrated security stack that correlates and analyzes billions of daily logs, prioritizes threats, and automates routine response tasks. As a result, Turkcell reduced more than six billion daily logs to a few hundred actionable alerts, cut incident response workload to about 20 escalated cases per day, and gained better KPI, SLA, and compliance reporting through OpenText’s ArcSight platform.
