Aktif Bank selects OpenText to enhance software quality and traceability

Aktif Bank needed a more controlled, sustainable, and measurable way to test the quality of its digital banking applications, including mobile apps, websites, kiosks, and Java desktop software. The bank also wanted reusable test scenarios, detailed reporting, and better traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. To support this effort, Aktif Bank used OpenText Application Quality Management and OpenText Functional Testing Lab for Mobile and Web.

OpenText helped Aktif Bank centralize device and application management, keep testing running during remote work, and improve integration through OpenText Connect. The bank also adopted OpenText Functional Testing and OpenText Professional Performance Engineering to expand automation and performance testing. After a three-month implementation, Aktif Bank released its first test report to all application lifecycle teams, and the company reported better software quality and traceability.
