NOS, a large 24/7 support organization, was managing more than 20,000 IT events and alarms each month and needed a way to separate true incidents from duplicate or low-priority noise. NOS turned to OpenText Operations Bridge and its AIOps capabilities, including automatic event correlation (AEC), to help identify patterns, group related alerts, and speed up root-cause analysis.

OpenText implemented Operations Bridge AEC with automated rules and no downtime, using RTSM topology data to correlate events and reduce manual work. The result was dramatically lower event noise, faster identification of root causes, and clearer visibility into high-priority issues for operators. NOS also benefited from the AEC Explained UI and OPTIC Data Lake, which improved transparency and data analysis while helping the team focus on the most important incidents.
