OpenText, working with partner Afrocentric IP, introduced Identity Governance to address these challenges.
OpenText’s Identity Governance automated reminders, progress updates, and access certification reporting, making monthly reviews easier and more complete, including privileged account checks. The result was minimal manual intervention, stronger auditor compliance, and at least a 50% reduction in security risk, along with cost savings from eliminating maintenance and renewal charges on inactive accounts.
