Advenica, a leading European cybersecurity provider serving organizations that handle classified and sensitive information, needed a simpler, more manageable way to secure email communications. Their prior personal-key encryption approach imposed heavy administrative overhead and required cryptology know-how, so after evaluating options with partner Saldab IT they selected Micro Focus Voltage SecureMail for its cost-effectiveness, control over key management, and required functionality.

Voltage SecureMail’s identity-based, end-to-end encryption eliminated key management and scaled across desktop, cloud, and mobile with minimal administration. Deployment was rapid and company-wide, and Advenica has extended the solution to customers and partners (around 200 users) sending hundreds of secure emails daily. The result is an easy-to-manage, reliable, and cost-effective email system that strengthens Advenica’s competitive position and frees IT to focus on new projects.
