A OpenText Case Study
ADP Netherlands, the payroll and HR services arm of ADP with 550 staff serving 1.2 million workers and processing over 85,000 pay slips per month, faced a deadline-driven operation hampered by limited data and poor visibility. Management lacked real-time insight into process status and employees varied in how they completed tasks, making it hard to optimize throughput or adjust to delays.
ADP implemented OpenText MBPM to redesign, standardize and automate its managed-services payroll workflows (proof of concept in October, pilot in November–December, go‑live in January). Well‑designed forms and focused change management allowed staff to adopt the new process quickly; the result was simplified, more integrated processes with real‑time visibility and automation that raised efficiency without adding headcount, keeping the division on track to meet its growth targets.
