Faced with multiple disparate fax systems and highly seasonal fax volumes—peaking three to four times in busy months—TASC needed to standardize communications, reduce telephony and server overhead, and gain a scalable, reliable solution that would simplify integrations after acquisitions.
TASC implemented OpenText RightFax with RightFax Connect as a hybrid cloud fax solution, working with partner The Fax Guys for rollout. The cloud‑enabled platform consolidated all faxing onto a single, centrally managed system, eliminated on‑premises telephony and hardware costs, provided instant scalability and built‑in redundancy, and freed IT resources (previously costing roughly one‑eighth of an FTE) to focus on higher‑value work—enabling faster integrations and measurable cost savings.
