Adform, a Copenhagen‑based independent full‑stack advertising technology platform serving agencies, advertisers and publishers, needed a highly scalable, high‑performance analytics database to ingest and analyze the massive, rapidly growing data generated by digital campaigns. Adform implemented the Vertica Analytics Platform as the core of its global infrastructure, running across 1,000+ servers to power programmatic ad serving, header bidding and reporting. The deployment now handles over one million requests per second, delivers ad‑hoc queries in about two seconds and produces 99% of reports in under three seconds (vs. 20–30 seconds before), enabling self‑service analytics for users with basic SQL and significantly improving customer satisfaction and scalability.
