The State of Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) supports IT for dozens of agencies and about 50,000 state employees, managed in part by a small Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. With concurrent licensing for 300+ users and over 100 live projects, PPM delivered real-time status reporting, granular visibility, streamlined governance, accurate resourcing, and better alignment to strategic initiatives—boosting transparency, accountability, and reporting across the enterprise.
