Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the UAE stock exchange serving about one million investors across multiple emirates, faced growing difficulty managing the large volume of documentation and stakeholder processes that came with expansion. Content was scattered across fileservers and users’ desktops, making retrieval slow and insecure, and the organization was dependent on third parties for even minor process changes—hindering efficiency and compliance.

ADX implemented OpenText Content Suite, OpenText Enterprise Connect and OpenText business process management (with partner ONE ECM) to centralize content, apply metadata and integrate security via Active Directory. The project automated more than 70 key processes, gave staff easy, secure access to information, reduced reliance on external providers, enabled self-service uploads and review workflows, and improved transparency, efficiency and compliance.
