Abra used Micro Focus solutions Vibe and GroupWise to enable secure online collaboration for employees

Abra, a Krakow‑based furniture retailer in the Steinhoff group with nearly 100 stores and 400 employees across Poland, aimed to expand into every town with more than 20,000 residents. Rapid growth exposed inefficiencies: multiple email systems, manual document workflows and limited collaboration were slowing store openings, customer issue resolution and day‑to‑day operations, and Abra needed a secure way for staff to share knowledge without risking customer data.

Working with partner jama‑tech, Abra consolidated communications with Micro Focus GroupWise and adopted Micro Focus Vibe for collaborative document management, templates, a knowledge base and process automation, while using ZENworks to automate workstation administration. The integrated solution increased productivity, cut time spent on document sharing, store setup and customer complaints, and removed collaboration barriers—helping Abra innovate faster and support its expansion plans.
