AAA Revs up their Creative Operations with OpenText Media Management On Demand

AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah — a regional arm of the American Automobile Association serving more than four million members — faced slow, manual processes for finding and sharing logos, photos and brand standards. Assets were siloed on Creative Services servers, searches could take 10–45 minutes, and branches often created inconsistent, noncompliant marketing materials.

The club implemented OpenText Media Management On Demand as a branded, self-service repository called BrandPoint, with tagged assets, embedded training modules and permissions-based access for branches and agencies. The hosted solution eliminated heavy IT support and drove adoption: BrandPoint now holds ~14,000 images (including 350+ logos), supports ~800 monthly users who download ~300 images (up from 10–50), and supplies at least 90% of day-to-day imagery.
