Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, a rapidly expanding division of Wipro with extensive sales and production networks, needed to improve supply chain agility and real-time collaboration with dealers, vendors and partners. Disparate systems, manual lead‑to‑order processes and lack of visibility across forecasts and approvals were causing long cycle times, lost sales opportunities and weak governance.
Wipro implemented the OpenText Cordys platform—building a Lead‑to‑Order portal, Order Management System, and Vendor and Dealer portals integrated with SAP—to automate and unify processes. The solution delivered real‑time ERP integration, multilevel pricing approvals and seamless enquiry‑to‑order conversion, giving leadership full pipeline visibility, faster order processing, stronger process governance, reduced redundancies and better inventory control.
