Thales Group Reduces Redundant Alerts by 85% with OpenText AI Operations Management (Operations Bridge)

Thales Group, an information-technology organization in France, was struggling with a massive volume of redundant alerts and a fragmented monitoring landscape that made it difficult to identify and prioritize critical incidents. These challenges were documented in a UserEvidence-verified customer survey conducted in February 2025.

Thales implemented OpenText Operations Bridge (Operations Management, Operations Bridge Manager and Analytics) to consolidate events, automate monitoring and remediation, and centralize server and full-infrastructure monitoring. As a result, redundant alerts fell by 85%, the platform helped identify and resolve roughly 85% of critical events (survey range 81–90%), and Thales reported faster response times, fewer service disruptions and improved service availability and performance.
