The Library of Congress, the nation’s oldest federal cultural institution and the world’s largest library, needed a better way to align HR goals with organizational strategy and report progress across a 4,150-employee enterprise. The Library implemented Actuate Performancesoft Views to build an HR Measurement Dashboard tied to its Annual Program Performance Plans, consolidating and automating data collection and reporting. The solution delivered user-friendly, consistent performance views for leadership, streamlined measurement tracking, and set the stage for automating the broader performance plan and implementing a Balanced Scorecard across the organization.
