Performance Team is a privately owned 3PL based in Santa Fe Springs with over 2,500 employees, more than 3 million square feet of warehousing and a fleet of 200+ trucks, processing roughly $60 billion in wholesale goods annually. Despite its scale and focus on Operational Excellence, the company lacked a consolidated, standardized way to track performance across regions and business units, relying on disparate spreadsheets and ad hoc reports.

Performance Team implemented Actuate Performancesoft Views to establish a global standard for measure tracking, using color-coded thresholds, historical trends, commentary entry, executive dashboards and scorecards. A pilot database and system administrator training were completed and 60 users trained. The solution delivered company-wide visibility and improved stakeholder communication, aligned metrics to corporate strategy, enabled daily operational performance tracking, and gave senior management the timely information needed for informed decision-making.
