Aetat, Norway’s national labour-market agency, needed to make high-quality labour-market intelligence available across its large, distributed organization. As part of the SIAMO project, Aetat built a central data warehouse to improve customer service, analysis, statistics and adaptability, then faced the challenge of delivering that information effectively to 3,700 staff across counties and local offices.

SIAMO selected i‑COM’s Actuate to publish and deliver reports via a thin client integrated with Aetat’s existing IT, offering fast response, drill-down, Excel export, strong graphics and centralized administration.
