AXA Hungary, part of the global AXA Group, wanted to unify sales performance management across its internal and external sales channels. To achieve a single, regulatory-compliant platform for sales partner data, commission and bonus calculations, and reporting, AXA selected OpenSymmetry to implement CallidusCloud.
OpenSymmetry delivered the solution in two phases, covering sales partner management, AXA Bank products, and later life, pension, and health fund commissions. The platform now manages 8,000+ sales entities, integrates data from four core source systems, syncs agent data across five operational systems, and delivers 14 web reports and 11 compensation plans. The result was reduced administration, faster onboarding, improved data quality, lower TCO, and a successful go-live with no sales network downtime.
