SCC, one of Europe’s largest independent IT groups, wanted to get more value from its sales performance management environment as business conditions evolved and commission processing demands grew. To replace manual, homegrown processes and better manage over 300 payees and 50,000 transactions per pay cycle, SCC partnered with OpenSymmetry and implemented Varicent SPM.

OpenSymmetry provided Managed Services to help SCC improve and optimize the system through upgrades, performance checks, design review sessions, documentation, and ongoing training. As a result, SCC increased self-sufficiency, improved dashboard visibility for timely information, and reduced processing time despite higher data volumes, while continuing to build toward even greater efficiency with the latest Varicent functionality.
