They launched Train Oregon, a customized, integrated e‑learning portal powered by OpenSesame that offers thousands of on‑demand courses. The platform lets clients start training immediately and learn at their own pace, enabling WorkSource to train more people with fewer resources, align the portal to organizational goals, and serve over 1,100 clients in the program’s first months.
