LIFULL Connect is a fast-growing global technology company that operates property search platforms across 63 countries and multiple brands. Rapid growth through acquisitions and a dispersed workforce across Latin America, Europe and Southeast Asia created a need for a centralised learning strategy to align cultures, raise English proficiency and focus on soft skills like leadership, DEI and wellness.

LIFULL Connect launched a centralised Connect Academy powered by OpenSesame’s large multilingual catalogue, combining compliance courses, a hybrid leadership programme, personalised development plans and ongoing learner analytics. Since rollout, user numbers and content usage per user have steadily increased (content use doubled), leadership KPIs such as recognition and satisfaction have improved, and the company is linking learning data to business outcomes while expanding its LMS and OpenSesame content.
