Why UWM Moved to Opensense

UWM, a financial services enterprise, needed a more reliable and hands-off way to manage employee email signatures at scale. With thousands of hires and contractors coming on board, its previous signature solution caused downtime, dropped images, manual headshot updates, and inconsistent branding. Using Opensense’s email signature solution with ActiveSync and Azure integration, UWM was able to centrally manage more than 8,200 employee signatures and a few hundred contractor signatures with virtually no downtime.
