Dori, an automated mobile gifting business, wanted to measure the impact and effectiveness of its sampling campaign and learn more about the users engaging with it. To do this, it used Openscreen Engage to help track participation and capture customer data from its contactless vending machine campaign.

With Openscreen, Dori created a master QR code for the vending machine, captured scan records, and directed users to a branded web form hosted by Openscreen to identify scan intent. The campaign collected more than 2,000 consenting contacts and additional user data in a single location, giving Dori clear insight into who was engaging with the campaign and helping Openscreen support future expansion opportunities with brand partners.
