CEWE, a leading European photo service and online printing supplier, faced the challenge of managing a complex IT infrastructure across 14 production sites and 27 sales offices. They needed a flexible and simple virtualization solution to support their rapidly growing business without the immense complexity and high cost they found with alternatives like OpenStack.

OpenNebula Systems provided its cloud management platform, which CEWE found to be an intuitive and flexible solution. The implementation resulted in a stable and scalable environment that now supports over 400 VMs and handles thousands of orders per hour during peak traffic. CEWE also praised OpenNebula's enterprise support and is now looking to leverage its Docker integration for future container management.
