VADSA, a mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) in Mexico, wanted to create a one-stop shop for onboarding MVNOs and support a “digital first” approach through its first MVNO, Exis. The challenge was to give MVNOs the agility to quickly build and launch targeted offers for niche segments, such as university students, in a highly competitive market.

Openet provided its Digital Business Platform (DBP) as the core of VADSA’s MVNE platform, with Openet policy and charging systems integrated into the BSS/OSS environment via partner MDS. With Openet, VADSA gained a flexible onboarding platform and easier offer catalogue configuration, helping MVNOs differentiate services and accelerate time-to-market for more complex offers.
