Claro Brazil, a leading mobile service provider in the America Movil Group with more than 56 million wireless subscribers, needed to quickly create and launch new offers in a highly competitive market to grow ARPU and increase post-paid acquisitions. Openet supported this challenge with its Policy Manager and RTOM (Real-Time Offer Manager) capabilities.

Openet implemented flexible, real-time offer management to let Claro launch differentiated services such as passport roaming plans, off-peak offers, promotional bonuses, shared accounts, and extra data bundles for post-paid acquisitions. The results were strong: Claro reported an 11% increase in mobile ARPU in Q1 2019, with passport roaming offers cited as a key driver, alongside 972,000 post-paid acquisitions and more than 200% growth in 4G traffic in 2018.
