Orange Slovakia, one of Europe’s innovative telecom operators, needed to quickly define, build, launch, and manage multi-device and shared family data plans while staying responsive to customer needs. To meet this challenge, Orange Slovakia worked with Openet and its integrated PCC solution, including evolved charging network edge rating, policy manager, offer catalog, and convergent mediation.

Openet enabled Orange Slovakia to rapidly create and launch flexible content and data bundles, apply differentiated QoS controls, support home-zone QoS, deliver shared data plans, and provide real-time usage reporting for EU roaming compliance. The result was greater commercial agility and a more segmented offer strategy, with Orange Slovakia now offering over 400 separate data bundles to better serve families, small businesses, and other subscriber segments.
