Claro Puerto Rico, part of América Móvil and one of Latin America’s largest mobile operators, needed a way to enhance subscriber experience and drive additional revenue across nearly 2 million customers. Openet helped address this challenge with its Policy Manager and Subscription Manager as part of a Real-Time Offer Manager solution.
Openet implemented real-time, rules-based offer management to support data service passes, roaming offers by zone, shared data plans, white-listing, zero rating, and self-care provisioning directly from subscribers’ handsets. As a result, Claro Puerto Rico improved offer uptake, reduced time to market for new data offers, lowered churn, and increased revenues through faster, more targeted promotions.
