The Spectra Group, a UK HR and compliance services firm, needed to centralise incoming leads from marketing and consultant audits and keep consultants’ schedules synced offline. To solve this they turned to OpenCRM for a CRM that could integrate with their existing systems and support lead scoring, workflows and Microsoft calendar/task sync.

OpenCRM used its Zapier integration to feed audit-generated leads directly into the CRM, added out-of-the-box lead scoring and customisable workflows, applied a permission model with branded email templates/signatures, and synced with Outlook for offline calendar management. The result was automated lead capture and smoother handoffs so sales could immediately act on opportunities without changing audit processes, improved team efficiency across consultancy and sales, and a praised onboarding experience from The Spectra Group.
