A OpenCRM Case Study
The Management Centre, a consultancy and training provider for charities and ethically driven organisations, engaged OpenCRM to solve a critical sales-process challenge: they needed CRM integration with their website so enquiries and jobs could be tracked automatically. The team also required a way to send high‑quality informational PDFs, link emails and Activities to Google accounts, and connect with their accounting and marketing tools (Xero and MailChimp).
OpenCRM implemented a JotForm web‑form integration that delivers contact and enquiry data straight into OpenCRM, alerts the right team members and automates follow‑up, while the Projects team recreated the PDFs the organisation sends to clients. Integrations with Xero and MailChimp (plus training and support from OpenCRM) removed manual data entry, improved tracking of jobs, enquiries and invoicing, and kept processes running smoothly across partner organisations.
