Launchpad, a UK market research company, needed a CRM to manage increasing project workloads and give management clear oversight to meet time and cost objectives. They also needed to optimise their sales pipeline and support field agents across the UK with remote access and document exchange. OpenCRM was selected to address these needs.
OpenCRM delivered a fully featured CRM—using its Projects module to create and manage research projects and track activity, time and costs, the OpenCRM Portal to enable field agents to send and receive documents, and sales process management tools that could be tailored to Launchpad’s workflow. As a result, Launchpad gained greater efficiency and increased oversight, with centralised tracking that lets managers spot issues and intervene quickly while improving pipeline and opportunity management.
