Hydro‑X (Hydro‑X Group Ltd) is a growing UK water‑treatment and facilities services business whose CRM needs outgrew simple reports as the company expanded. They have used OpenCRM since 2014, and to gain clearer, company‑wide visibility they connected OpenCRM data into ClicData dashboards so management and teams could see opportunities, activities and field data in one place.
OpenCRM reports were fed into ClicData with scheduled imports and filterable dashboards (later enhanced by a dedicated developer), linking Opportunity and Activity data with engineers’ mobile app results and lab samples. The combined OpenCRM–ClicData solution gave sales teams dynamic pipelines and performance comparisons, enabled near‑real‑time field reporting and same‑day paperwork, and sped up lab reporting to hours — delivering measurable efficiency and better forecasting and prompting plans to extend the OpenCRM integration into marketing and finance.
