Gresham Books, a UK specialist in bespoke textbooks, hymn books and song sheets, needed a CRM to pull website leads into one place for sales follow-up, run email marketing with metrics (clickthroughs and bounce rates), and manage bespoke print projects including specifications, costs and activities.
