They turned to OpenCRM for a CRM solution that would simplify and make transparent their sales process and improve the customer journey.
OpenCRM implemented its CRM with the out‑of‑the‑box Customer Portal integrated into Distinctive Publishing’s website and later added the OpenCRM Campaign module. The portal lets customers view and sign sales orders online (removing reliance on email attachments and faxes), simplified and streamlined sales workflows, was easy to adopt, and incurred no additional costs—while the Campaign module provided an organized way to manage campaign releases and measure results.
