Sánchez Hipertextil is a third‑generation Spanish retailer and manufacturer of curtains and home linens with seven stores around Barcelona. The company faced slow, siloed client–server systems that hindered inventory and cost control, made launches and promotions cumbersome, and increased operational and IT expenses.

Working with Practics Business Solutions, Sánchez Hipertextil implemented the Openbravo Commerce Suite as a single retail ERP covering POS, eCommerce, manufacturing, warehousing and finance. The new system sped up order processing and product launches, enabled tailored orders from the point of sale integrated with production, improved stock replenishment to reduce out‑of‑stock and overstock situations, and simplified IT infrastructure—delivering lower costs and better customer service.
