La Bolsera, a Barcelona-based retailer founded in 1919 that sells party and packaging products through seven stores and franchises, needed to modernize its systems to support changing customer buying habits. The company sought to improve inventory management and speed up its omnichannel strategy by unifying ERP, POS and warehouse processes under a single, easily managed cloud solution to simplify infrastructure and better adapt to sector-specific needs.

Working with Practics Business Solutions, La Bolsera implemented the Openbravo Commerce Suite to unify physical and online operations into one real-time cloud system. The solution handled more than 40,000 products, supported about 50,000 monthly sales in high season, and delivered faster product and price rollouts, a consistent omnichannel shopping experience, real-time sales/inventory/financial visibility, simplified deployment and more agile, assisted selling.
