CHEERS is a China-based wine retailer and franchise founded by wine lovers, operating multiple stores and a growing franchise program. Facing high transaction volumes, intermittent internet in some locations, the need to deploy a global distribution system quickly, synchronize a large loyalty customer database across stores, and maintain strict Swiss–Chinese quality controls, the company required a robust, adaptable IT solution.

Using a phased implementation of the Openbravo Commerce Suite—starting with import and wholesale management, deploying Java POS in Beijing and later migrating to Web POS—CHEERS consolidated all operations into one system. The rollout delivered real-time sales and stock visibility, easier franchise onboarding, and Mobile POS functionality that improved floor service and loyalty management, supporting secured expansion and better customer service.
