Good Work, a public sector employment service within South Yorkshire Housing Association, sought to better support employee wellbeing and establish a more consistent method for tracking performance. To facilitate this change and support the introduction of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), they partnered with OpenBlend to implement its performance management software.

OpenBlend provided a platform that enabled structured one-on-one conversations focused on wellbeing, motivation, and performance. The solution was successfully rolled out, leading to high employee engagement. Key results include employees now having an average of four live OKRs and 93% of employees having discussed wellbeing in their one-on-ones.
