Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP) is an international architectural practice of about 200 staff that uses a collaborative "Think Tank" approach across its offices. The firm needed to replace a cumbersome legacy image system, centralise visual assets, and integrate imagery with its Deltek Vision project database and KA Synthesis intranet to improve access and reduce duplication.

RSHP implemented OpenAsset, migrating around 10,000 images and streamlining metadata, then integrated the library with Synthesis and Deltek Vision so images appear on intranet home and project pages. The result is consistent project data, faster keyword search and access, less duplication, better collaboration between communications and architects, and a stronger visual culture across the practice.
