OpenAsset powers Magnusson Klemencic Associate’s new website

Magnusson Klemencic Associates (MKA), a leading structural and civil engineering firm, had a library of over 20,000 project photos and was launching a website redesign with a new project showcase. The marketing and graphics teams needed to rapidly produce realistic wireframes, collaboratively select a small set of images per project from hundreds of options, and integrate image and project data across OpenAsset, Synthesis, their CMS, and Deltek Vision.

Using OpenAsset’s albums and drag‑and‑drop tools plus the Synthesis–OpenAsset connector and an API to their cloud CMS, MKA linked photos to project records in Deltek Vision, automated hero-image selection, and pushed tagged images to the site without manual CMS entry. The result: mockups completed in about half the time, streamlined team collaboration to select 5–10 key images per project, elimination of siloed folders, and more than 1,400 project images now displayed on the website.
