JHL Constructors, a 100% employee-owned builder, needed a more efficient way to manage thousands of jobsite photos coming in from drones, phones, and field teams for internal and external communication. The company used Procore Construction Software, but its marketing team struggled to find, organize, and use the large volume of images for progress updates, sales materials, and branding.

OpenAsset implemented the OpenAsset-Procore Connector to push project photos directly from Procore into OpenAsset’s DAM, making images easier to select, tag, archive, and share. With OpenAsset, JHL Constructors improved weekly photo compilation efficiency, streamlined project updates and inspections, and better supported proposals and marketing content with relevant current photos.
